Combining the global resources of Alibaba Group and Ant Financial Group, AGTech leverages its strengths and experience in entertainment games and technology to jointly develop the overseas entertainment market. The Group successfully launched the mobile games and entertainment platform, Gamepind, in January 2018 through its joint venture with One97 Communications Limited.

Combining the rich gaming content of AGTech and the huge local traffic advantage of One97, Gamepind is committed to creating a complete game ecosystem that provides users with a leading vertical interactive gaming platform. The Group is hopeful that Gamepind will continue to build its user base, paving the way to monetize this unique platform, thus capitalizing on the significant potential of the fast growing mobile entertainment market in India.All in all, the Group continues to believe that this important collaboration lays the foundation for future collaborations for the Group as it continues to globalise its business by strategically working with leading local partners in selected overseas markets.

The Group's International Sports & Entertainment Division successfully launched Livecast! in June 2018, and collaborated with AliExpress, the global retail platform of Alibaba Group, to launch a new product of “e-commerce + sports interactive entertainment” in Europe in March 2019. This sporting events-based product connects sporting events with entertainment features related to live and upcoming sporting events, linked with social media features and offers attractive rewards, providing our partners an effective way to engage with customers, enhance user experience, and attract new customers through popular sports events. The Group will continue to develop unique sports entertainment products according to demands of the rapid growing e-commerce market.
